All orders are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your item ships. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Local Pickup (if available):
Local pickup may be available upon request. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup.

Handmade & Personalized Items:
All items are handmade and/or personalized with care. Because of their custom nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All Sales Are Final:
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once submitted, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.
