Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged.
• There was an error made by My Talent God's Gift.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve any qualifying issues promptly.

Many of our composition books can be customized with:

• Grade Level (optional)
• Favorite colors (select collections)
• Special themes (when available)

Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order. We personalize your notebook exactly as entered during checkout.

We are not responsible for spelling errors submitted by the customer.

Each personalized notebook is made to order.

Production time begins once your payment has been received.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for production (non-personalized items may ship sooner)
• Additional shipping time based on your selected shipping method
